WAYS TO SUPPORT PFAC
The Pinedale Fine Arts Council offers many diverse ways in which to offer support. Below, please find some suggested methods of donating. We encourage you to contact us should you have any questions or would like to consult with our Development Volunteer (pfacdevelopment@wyoming.com).

BUY A SEASON TICKET AND COME TO THE PERFORMANCES
In addition to seeing a great performance, visiting with friends and enjoying a wonderful evening out, ticket sales helps with our grant applications. Endowments and foundations highly weight community impact and support when they consider grant applications.

CASH
Gifts of cash are the most popular form of donating and include gifts made via credit card, check, cash, etc. These gifts are tax-deductible minus any benefits received. You can make a donation online today! Just click on the donate button below.

IN-KIND
Many visiting artists prefer the warmth of a home to the hotel experience. If you have an extra bedroom, you may find it a rewarding experience to invite our artists into your home. Other in-kind gifts consist of professional services that would benefit PFAC and our Artists. For example we would greatly appreciate an attorney who would review our contracts. We are always in need of volunteers to help unload and set up acts and load them after the show is over.

GIFTS OF SECURITIES
Gifts of stock and bonds are always appreciated. You can choose from three ways to do this, whichever is more convenient for you:

1. Electronically transfer the stock to the PFAC account.
If you plan to electronically transfer stock to PFAC’s account at Merrill Lynch, please contact us for DTC instructions.

2. Sell the stock through your broker and send the proceeds to PFAC.
If you plan to sell the stock through your broker: Have the check made out to Pinedale Fine Arts Council. Send it to PO Box 1586, Pinedale, WY 82941. We recommend certified mail. Or contact us for wiring instructions.

3. Mail the stock certificates directly PFAC.
If you plan to send the stock certificates by mail: Fill out the assignment on the back of the security to Pinedale Fine Arts Council. Your Financial Adviser can help with this. Send the security certificate(s) made out to Pinedale Fine Arts Council, by certified mail to: Pinedale Fine Arts Council, PO Box 1586, Pinedale, WY 82941. For FedEx, UPS, DHL etc. the street address is: Pinedale Fine arts Council, 225 1⁄2 S. Sublette Avenue, Pinedale, WY 82941. Once again, please notify PFAC by e-mail (pfac@wyoming.com or pfacdevelopment@wyoming.com), phone (307.367.7322), fax at (307.367.3796) on the day of transfer. Please include donor name, type of security, number of shares or bonds and the value at the time you mail them. Again, this step is important so that you realize the full value of the deduction for your donation.

PLANNED GIVING
The Pinedale Fine Arts Council has been making a meaningful contribution to the quality of life in Sublette County for over thirty year and we hope that with such a venerable history, you will consider investing in our future by joining our Planned Giving Program. By joining this program, you can be recognized today for the gift you will make in the future.
There are many ways to give a planned gift that include:
1. Bequests in either your will or trust.
2. Life Insurance, make PFAC a full or partial beneficiary.
3. Life Income Plans. These are structured so that you can make a donation, and receive a deduction, today; then receive lifetime income. PFAC benefits in the future. These plans are excellent for highly appreciated asset which, if sold would generate large capital gains taxes.

REAL ESTATE
PFAC considers real estate on a case by case basis. Please no superfund sites, but we would appreciate land that would enable us to someday have our own home.
