Summer Art Camps

Every year PFAC helps sponsor two week-long camps for local children.

Eurekas S.T.E.A.M

Art meets engineering during an exciting steam week! Campers delight while creating and inventing with cool electronics and tech. Campers have a a chance to work with visiting artist mentors while gaining important steam skills. PFAC offers scholarships to low-income families who would like their kids to attend this special camp.

Dancers' Workshop

What would you create if you could design your own imaginary world? This question is the basis of the multi-disciplinary curriculum for A World We Can Imagine developed by Dancers' Workshop. In this workshop, students learn concepts in movement, visual art, and creative writing to design and document their own imaginary world. Beginning with questions about the Earth and our society, students move on to develop the geography, flora, fauna, and other features of their world, then create detailed drawings of continents on their world, build crowns of recognition for the imaginary characters who would be respected in their world, and develop cultural dances from the society of their world.

Would you like to donate to these programs?

Your donations help ensure multiple children's programs continue to take place in our community. The quality and quantity depend on your generosity. Thank you!
