Pinedale Fine Arts Council Administrative and Marketing Associate

The Pinedale Fine Arts Council (PFAC), a community based non-profit 501(c)3 corporation serving Sublette County, Wyoming has provided high-quality performing arts events, visual and literary arts programs and artist residencies since 1976. Largely through volunteer efforts and consistent community support, PFAC helps connect a dynamically growing corner of Wyoming to the rest of the world.


The Pinedale Fine Arts Council is searching for a motivated, organized, and attentive individual to join our team. A qualified candidate would have excellent communication, writing and computer skills, be community-minded, have a good eye for design, be comfortable in a variety of social settings, have experience in a variety of social media platforms, and perform detail orientated administrative tasks. Must be able to complete tasks with minimal supervision. Experience working around music and theatre productions a plus but not required.


Permanent Part Time Position 

Approximately 20-25 hours/week, to begin immediately

Some evenings and weekends required


Compensation: $20/hr

Reports to: Executive Director 


Essential job responsibilities include: 

  • Administer PFAC social media, providing updates and monitoring. 
  • Maintain the internal and external PFAC web/intranet pages including updating pages and developing new content. 
  • Graphic design work for shows, school programs, organizational efforts, programs, annual report, posters, season postcard, eNewsletter, Ad Wrap and more. 
  • Assist in all PFAC Administrative functions (ticket sales, customer support, mailer,      poster distribution).
  • Provide programming, sponsor, and event support (this can include: sound, lights, backstage, hospitality, lobby, etc).
  • Help coordinate/document/manage PFAC’s many school outreach programs in Big      Piney and Pinedale 
  • Assist in grant writing 
  • Maintain the PFAC donor database 
  • Plan, organize and execute PFAC’s annual fundraiser
  • Help with all show and event productions in a variety of capacities. (Summer      Soundcheck, Winter Season Shows, Outreach Programs, Fundraisers)
  • Performs other appropriate duties as assigned.


Desired Qualifications 

  • Minimum education requirement High school graduate/GED. Bachelor’s degree preferred 
  • Strong written and oral communication skills 
  • Experience managing relationships with members, clients, or similar- in person, via      phone and via email. 
  • Computer skills - website content management, spreadsheets, calendars, email, social media, Adobe Creative Suite, etc. 
  • Confident, humble, and attentive in social situations 
  • Must be able to exercise mature and independent judgement and critical thought
  • Knowledge of the Sublette County community
